The call for applications is open for a research scholarship for a university graduate, under the FibEnTech research unit’s strategic project. The grant will take place at the Fibers Materials and Environmental Technologies (FibEnTech) research unit of the University of Beira Interior.
The aim of the scholarship is to evaluate the influence of the characteristics of cellulose from different raw materials (dissolving pulp, recycled paper and cotton textile waste) on the performance of the dissolution process in NMMO.
The admission and recruitment requirements are: to hold a university degree in the scientific area of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or related areas and to be registered in a study cycle leading to a Master’s degree.
