The University of Beira Interior (UBI) is the first higher education institution to integrate this new platform, which simplifies the paper version of the Complaints Book.
The Electronic Yellow Book (LAE), made available by AMA – Agency for Administrative Modernization, for the public sector, was developed to allow the electronic submission and management of complaints resulting from the provision of public administration services, regardless of the channel used. It also allows compliments to be sent whenever it is considered that the quality of service has exceeded expectations, as well as suggesting improvements.
The electronic platform thus allows the reduction of the number of copies and respective processing.
With the implementation, UBI seeks to promote the improvement of the relationship with users, the provision of better services, the debureaucratization of procedures, and the increase of quality in the management and functioning of the university.
The higher education institution also had an active role in the LAE operationalisation process, since it was part of the restricted group of public entities that participated in the initial implementation period of this citizenship platform, to collect experiences.
