The Luso-American Development Foundation (FLAD) recently created a line of funding for partnership projects between Portuguese and American institutions that contribute to the development of higher education.
The support is part of the UP Higher Education Program, which aims to support institutions with projects involving a component of internationalization, curricular cooperation, training and development of teachers and staff as well as joint research and talent acquisition. The selected ideas may obtain up to 30,000 euros of funding (per project).
Proposals can be submitted by all study cycles or levels of higher education – bachelor’s, master’s, doctorate, executive training, or others – and can be designed individually or jointly. Applications to the UP Higher Education Programme are open until 9 October. More information is available here.
