IELT DOCTORAL STUDENTS SEMINAR: OPEN SCIENCE AND MULTILINGUALISM IN SOCIAL SCIENCES AND HUMANITIES RESEARCH

The IELT Doctoral Students Seminar: Open science and multilingualism in research in the Social Sciences and Humanities takes place on 22 June with free entrance.

This seminar is dedicated to the current challenges and opportunities of research in the Social Sciences and Humanities. It seeks to reflect, on the one hand, on Open Science and a more generalized and equitable access
equitable access to knowledge and, on the other hand, on the multilingualism involved in an increasingly global scientific dialogue.

The meeting takes place at the Colégio Almada Negreiros, at 6 p.m., and includes the interventions:
– Open Science: benefits and opportunities in research in Social Sciences and Humanities (Cristina Guardado, ESTGA – Universidade de Aveiro).
– Multilingualism in Social Sciences and Humanities research: challenges to scientific communication (Ana Balula, ESTGA – Universidade de Aveiro)
